  The basic game policy information
 
1. General Rules
This policy is made as a means of providing better service to our members and allows players to
play comfortably. Articles through KalOnline of INIXSOFT Co. Ltd.
INIXSOFT Co. Ltd. will do its best to better KalOnline customer satisfaction.
Please check this policy often when you visit KalOnline official website because the contents
may be changed and updated.
The other facts which are not recorded the game policy will follow 'User agreement' and 'User
agreement for Kalcash'.
2. Game Policy
GM team administration and KalOnline service provided are administered according to KalOnline
policy. This is used to settle problems in game and the members who break this are susceptible to
restraint according to KalOnline policy.
GM team has the authority of establishing, modifying and deleting the policy.
Any changes made to the Content of game policy will be given 5 days prior notice. (Refer to the
notice boards on the official KalOnline webpage)
Please note that Operator can't help members who have the problems that are already informed by
GM.
3. The principle of Restrained accounts It has to be affected to all accounts of the player in the case
  of breaking the game policy and all accounts may be blocked depending on the seriousness of
  the case.
  Account and Registration
 
Registering an Account and Modifying Personal Information
1. Information of account, character, item, and etc. are not released without assent of its owner,
and those can't be requested. However, for infractions related with the law it is possible to
release personal information without assent of its owner.
2. Name, account ID, Nation, Gender, and Birthday as a registered user are unchangeable.
However, password, address and phone numbers can be changed at KalOnline official website.
- Account and all information is possible to delete without a notification if the whole or part of
  information is incorrect.
- Player is responsible for registered information and INIXSOFT Co. Ltd. is not able to assist without
proof of identity in any situation
3. Only Gold member may seek help for all problem concerning accounts by the company.
  Customer Responsibility and Right
 
1. Customer must not break the game policy and must not pull down regularity and balance in the game.
2. Customer may request the correction by the right conduct in case of they have problems or get
  damaged in the game.
3. When the customer faces to a problem that can't be solved by oneself in the game, the customer
  may ask through C/S center on the website.
4. Customer may not break the game policy and also can be restrained in trading item and
  account with real cash inside the game.
5. When customers is identified as the problem(hacking/bug) in the game, customers must
  inform to GM and needs to cooperate with GM at all the case.
  Restrained Policy
 
1) Restrained Target (including the game inside and Kalcash)
  GM may restrain to that case of users that violate the game policy.
  GM may restrain without warning in that case of following situations;
 
- trading character and item with other games by real cash
- trying to trade character and item with real cash (created character to trade with real cash)
- use of profanity against GM and other users (extremely Foul Language)
- abusing GM, spreading rumors and untrue facts
- discrimination toward specific nation, human race and religion
- abusing bug and harm this game service inside game
- violating public order
- behavior that break the law and rules
- infringing the copyright of company
- including any advertisement and bad language
- harming other users by repeating the same message (using macro)
- using illegal program and link
- case that judged by social rules deemed illegal
- non-acceptance of GM warning
2) Steps of Restrained
(1) Step of Restraint in the Game
 
- Step of Restraint is based on the Restraint table.
- These provisions may be changed according to situations
- It may restrain first account and relevant accounts as creating a different account and
  character.
- It can be accumulated according to ill-mannered activity.
  ex)general insult(1st-3 days)-->trade with real cash(2nd-15 days)
(2) Steps of Restraint in abnormal behavior
  It is apply to the content of illegal activities;
 
- trading character and item with real cash, trade with other game
- requesting to share an account and request of a sharable player
- abusing other player and the third party
- harming other users by repeating the same message (using macro)
- using illegal program and link

  Character Name Policy
 
1.1 Unsuitable Name
  Following types of character name, guild name and rank name may get restrained.
  Also guild master can be restrained by the guild name and position names of guild members.
- name that represents to trade the account with real cash
- sexual name
- name that can be broken into antisocial or the related laws
- name that is specific sites, brands and contents of advertisement without relation of KalOnline
- name that is unpleasant to other player by abusive and vulgar languages
- name that makes confused as bad languages with words and spell
- name that is required modification by GM's decision
1.2 And GM may change character name according to the Restrained Target and Restrained policy
  Character Recall Policy
 
Generally, the character won't be recalled by GM.
  * Recalling character is possible as following case:
- the impossible to play because player is unable to move by means of problem of specific area
  and graphic
- giving a warning because of playing illegally and/or harming other player continuously
- need of Gm for game operation
  Information about Illegal Program, Abuse of Bug, and etc.
 
Account and/or related account may get blocked permanently according to the user agreement and
restrained rules for using illegal program, abusing bug, copying items and geon and etc.
1.1 Abuse of Bug
Player may not use, abuse, or transmit the bug to other player and please inform to GM as soon as
possible when the bug is found.
  * Example of abusing the bug
- using the bug to get item and EXP
- hunting the monsters that are not attack player by a system error
- getting profit by trading item repetitiously that is selling at the higher price than the purchasing
- copying item and geon by using a system error
- buying and holding illegal items (concerned hack, fraud)
1.2 Using An Illegal Program
Account and/or related account may get blocked permanently for using all kind of hacks and
illegal programs (auto-hunting program, server hacking program and program that helps directly
and indirectly).
* Illegal Program Is?
A program that may help to give unfair advantage in the game by other program except KalOnline
client of INix Soft Co. Ltd.
* No objection will be accepted later on.
Guidance toward account management, account embezzlement and settlement embezzlement
  Information about Fraud (Including Impersonation)
 
1.1 Responsibility for the various frauds (including cash trade) of the game inside and outside belongs
to the victim and also GM does not intervene in any situation.
1.2 It is impossible to restore an problem that is related with the fraud (including cash trade) of
the game inside and outside.
1.3 Fact of real cash trading may get restrained all accounts as exposing it.
1.4 Account that is committing a fraud may be restrained (continue to abuse after warning) by
GM's decision. Especially impersonating other players will result in a permanent ban.
  Reporting No-Manner and Others Consideration
 
When reporting no-manner, please take a look the bellows and send an E-mail (including contents
and screenshots).
1.1 GM into KalOnline only admit screenshots and by checking inside the game directly.
1.2 GM dose not admit evidences that are difficult text, word and fixed screenshot.
1.3 GM dose not admit screenshots that are over 5days from the reporting date (if the reporting date is
  multiple last screenshot will be the standard).
1.4 Account may get blocked permanently with a false report.
- INix Soft Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any problem that is occurred by unawareness of
  player.
- Screenshot of vanished character name or without the talking content won't be admitted as
  evidence (including a modified screenshot)
- Screenshot must be taken by the reporter other's screenshot won't be accepted.

  Activity of GM
 
1.1 Receiving Bug Report
  GM is responsible for checking bugs that are reported and player is responsible for reporting bug
  whenever it's found.
  GM is not responsible for any loss for the player if the player breaks this rule.
1.2 Warning in the Game
  GM may warn and move the player for the specific player's activities in the game if necessary
  (refer the Recall Policy) and GM may block (permanent block if necessary) if the player refuse
  the GM's request. Please check these rules.
1.3 Solving Problem that is not in the Game Policy
  GM decides to solve all problems by the stipulations, laws of South Korea and common sense as
  there are no the problems in this game policy.
1.4 Disputes between the Users
  GM does not intervene in player's dispute but GM may settle problems as players do not settle.
 
* GM can intervene in the case of:
- dispute by disturbing other player continuously
- dispute by insulting a specific player (by a character name)
- dispute by illegal activities
1.5 Facts that can't be controlled by GM
- Any report from the incorrect mentioned and the other's account
- Any accident from carelessness of account administration (share/transfer)
- Any problems about real cash trade and other game trade.
- Any accident from carelessness of account administration
- GM may not help any players about game play.
  Restore and Reward
 
1.1 In general, it's a impossible to restore and reward the damage that user did not know about
  NOTICE.
1.2 When the user gives notice to C/S center, GM goes through the problem by game record.
  Then it will be restored and rewarded by the result.
1.3 We do not wish to encourage career victims, nor will we penalize players who legitimately
  make the occasional slip-up.
   
1.4 Customer must give notice a problem the only account that it occurred.(Other's account will
not be allowed to state.)
1.5 If a player is repeatedly making poor decisions that result in lost property, we reserve the right
to refuse further reimbursements.
1.6 Character/items restoration of hacking case must be reported to C/S within 3 days from
the occurrence with detailed information
(Server/Character ID/Time Occurred/item details).
1.7 KalOnline will not process request when any of required information is missing or when
request is not submitted within this time period.
1.8 Items that are normally traded, destroyed, or sold to NPC can not be restored.
1.9 All settlements are processed in the order they appear in the C/S center.
2.0 GMs are also unable to restore enchantments or add-ons that these items may have possessed.
2.1 It can be possible to restore CHARECTER within 7 DAYS of the date of delete
It cannot be restore CHARECTER under 10 level.
It cannot be restore ACCOUNT after 6 MONTH of date of delete.
2.2 Customer cannot be refunded and rewarded account, item, Kalcash when customer was
blocked permanently by the breach of agreement, user¡¯s agreement of Kalcash and this policy.
